 Makes: 4 servings
 
Ingredients:4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
 1 egg, beaten
 1/2 cup  Shredded Parmesan Cheese
 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
 1/4 cup olive oil
 1 pkg. (4 oz.)  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 1 pkg. (9 oz.)  Linguine, cooked, drained
 1 pkg. (15 oz.)  Marinara Sauce, heated
 
Directions:DIP chicken in egg; coat with combined Parmesan cheese, crumbs and Italian seasoning.
 
HEAT oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. 
	 
TOP chicken with mozzarella cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 3 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted. 	
 
PLACE linguine on platter; top with sauce. Arrange chicken over sauce.
